TELCOR
Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Postal Services (TELCOR). TELCOR is Nicaragua's wired and wireless communication certification system. All wired and wireless communication devices connected to or using the telecommunication network which are for sale, use and operation in Nicaragua must obtain an approval certificate from the Nicaraguan telecommunications authority, TELCOR (Instituto Nicaragüense de Telecomunicaciones y Correos).
